The under 15s suffered defeat for the first time against Enderby on sunday.
In a match that surprisingly went ahead due to persistant rain Newbold set 109 thanks to contributions by all including Leigh Chapman, Luke Finn and Tom Cartwright but the innings will be mostly remembered for a huge six hit by Michael Titley.
Despite valiant efforts with the sponge (ball) Enderby comfortably made the target and go through to the next round. Congratulations and Good Luck to them.
Bring on the league.
